My Story

I discovered MLM in 2007 after answering an ad in my local paper:  “Work from home.  Earn Up to $5K per month part time…$10K per month full time.”  (This was the ad, word for word… I’ll never forget it.)  I’m smart enough to know these numbers will not happen overnight but I was ready to move on from my current job and willing to put in 1-5 years of hard work to attain that level of income.

Long story short, after researching the company  and my potential sponsor, I decided to sign up and purchase the decision pack, set up a merchant account, go through my training and start making money.

I achieved a respectful level of success by my fourth month in business, reaching 10,000 in volume and continuing this for three straight months.  The streak ended, though, as team members began to quit and new QUALIFIED  team members did not seem to be in sight.  Later, I learned that I just wasn’t looking in the right places to find the quality people I wanted to work with.

I was doing everything my upline taught me to do, yet, I was going broke.  I had approached my friends and family, gave out product samples, sold info packs, wallpapered my community with fliers,  spent thousands of dollars each month on unqualified and deadbeat leads, and much more.  My money was going out the door faster than it was coming in and I eventually went broke.  I went to my upline for help and their answer was simple: hang more fliers, buy more leads, and talk to more people…not what I wanted to hear.

Not long after, my sponsor disappeared and I’ve not heard from her since.  Blessings in disguise, I soon discovered this would be the best thing happen to me and my business.  More on this in a future blog post. 

My parents taught me there’s always more than one way to do something and it’s up to me to figure it out.  So, I went online looking for answers and joining network marketing groups and forums in an effort to find the best marketers in the profession and learn from them.  I met some experienced MLMers in one of the groups I was a part of and they exposed me to a different way of looking at my business and introduced me to a series of tools to move my business onto the internet.  Almost immediately things began to click and, one by one, I began discovering, learning from, and networking with the top producing network marketers in the profession and even took on a mentor.

This site is a result of my continuing studies and experiences. My specialty and expertise is in leveraging the internet and generating 20+ leads everyday at little to zero cost using social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Article and Video Marketing, YouTube, and more. What I’m sharing will not work for everybody as we each have our own personalities, time constraints, learning curves, and most important…DESIRE and GOALS.

I have been fortunate and blessed to be mentored by some of the top producers in the MLM and Network Marketing profession including, but not limited to Todd Falcone; Mike Dillard; Mark Wieser; Ferny and Ray at SEO Networker.com; Brian, Todd, and Norbert over at MLSP; and many, many more.

Today, it is my mission to spread the word and share the wealth of information and strategies I have learned (and continue to learn) to build my business.  Feel free to use anything you learn on these pages and implement any information into your business and share with your team.
