I’m always interested in talking with serious success, goal, and go getting oriented individuals about the possibility of joining my team.

Possible candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

–Success and goal oriented.  A success mindset is everything.  Long term and short term goals are set and you should be able to express these in detail with confidence.

–Community oriented.  Giving back to the community is important.  At some point in all of our lives, we have benefited from a cause or volunteer in our hometown.  Whether it be a volunteer helping Mom at birth, a volunteer nurse helping a sick loved one, little league coach, YMCA, church, etc.  Never forget those that have helped along the way and always give back when you are able…either through financial contribution or volunteer work.  If you are not in a position to donate financially,  add it to your list of short and long term goals.

–Willing to invest in yourself, training courses, webinars, self improvement books, etc.  Doctors spend years in school.  Teachers spend years in school.  Even if you did not attend college or college equivalent, I bet you’ve had to go through a training program for any job you’ve had.  This is a business and there will be required training.

There are many more; however, if you can’t get past these three, there is no sense in wasting your time or mine.   I’m not looking for everybody, just those that are looking for me.  :>)
